In The context of trying to construct my own spike based neural network for my bachelor, i recently read arXiv:1902.05705v1 and wondered if somebody can tell me potential limitations other then an increased training time, or refer surveys on limitations regarding this topic. Personal thoughts on the plausability and effectiveness of spike based systems are very wellcome
