Yes, lignin- modifying enzymes can be in solid state production and application in dye decolonization and enzymatic lignocellulose hydrolysis, for example fungal laccases from C. unicolor, Trametes hirusta have been used for colourizng textile dye baths and improving enzymatic hydrolysis of lignocellulosic feedstock.
