I need to measure fluorescence and gas exchange from peatland vegetation (Oxycoccus, grasses, and mosses) in the field condition. Help me select one instrument. The most challenging is the small leaf area of oxycoccus for gas measurement, whereas, the moss measurement is also challenging. Licor is reliable and has a moss chamber (Walz also have moss chamber) but then it does not support fluorescence measurement (with walz, its easy they support moss gas exchange and fluorescence, as the fluorometer is easy to attach and detach) , whereas it also can not replicate the ambient temperature, we will need to manually fill the temperature. I would like to listen to some experience from the researcher, working with small leaf plant, how they overcome the leaf area issue with Licor and Walz? And so what is your recommendation, which instrument to select considering vegetation of interest?
