I am doing research on PCBs. As part of my research, I have collected meat samples (chicken, Lamb) and analysed 45 standards of PCB congeners: PCB 8, PCB 18, PCB 17, PCB 28, PCB 31, PCB 33, PCB 46/52, PCB 49, PCB 37, PCB 44, PCB 74, PCB 70, PCB 95, PCB 60, PCB 101, PCB 99, PCB 87, PCB 77, PCB 151, PCB 149, PCB 114, PCB 118, PCB 143, PCB 153, PCB 132, PCB 179, PCB 138, PCB 158, PCB 126, PCB 166, PCB 183, PCB 167, PCB 177, PCB 171, PCB 180, PCB 191, PCB 169, PCB 170, PCB 189, PCB 208, PCB 195, PCB 194, PCB 205, PCB 206 and PCB 209. Now I wish to calculate risk assessment and dietary intake. However, I am facing the problem in calculations due to lack of standard protocols. Hence, I request you all to kindly suggest me related information via research papers, links and detailed procedure. As I am in early stage of my research and no one to support much this is my earnest request to you.
