I am working at the interaction from the TFIIA with Ino2-activator in S.cerevisae. I changed 2 aminoacids in the TOA1 gene and I found a letal mutation. Now I am looking for some other researchs which maybe found also a letal mutation in that protein. I need this for the discussion for my thesis. If somebody has any tips, where I could looking for it or knows some good papers I would be very glad.
