We are working with rabbit RBCs however we have been faced by the problem that EDTA-treated RBCs never sediment in the ELISA-Plate. Could someone please suggest what could be the reason or if someone is faced before by similar problem. Noteworthy, this problem is not detected in our lab when humn or other animals RBCs are used.
