Dear all

We tried to switch on the LC system of our Agilent Q-TOF, however upon switching on the binary pump, it takes a minute and then an error appears. When we tried to check the pump by Agilent lab advisor, it could not work and a message that the pump could not switch on?!

What may cause this problem and how to solve it?!

Could this be a problem of the binary pump?! Or from the connection between the PC and the pump?!
