I have to admit, I do not really get your question. I attached two nice publications (inlcuding a protocol) on Laser Microdissection which might help you.
In case you have problems with DNA being damaged by the laser, you might want to use MMI CellCut system since it's using sub-micron low power laser to avoid any damages and to maintain tissue for subsequent analysis.

We produce the collection tubes in a clean room to avoid any contamination. Please make sure to only use closed caps and open them just prior to use. The caps are adhesive and therefore they will catch dirt as well if left open for a longer period of time.
