In many literature I found, the presence of large number of dots and ad layers in the substrate.

I have few questions

1. How do I avoid these unwanted dots and ad layers?

2. How do I increase the domain size of the triangle?

P.S. - I am able to get continuous monolayer film but with small domain size.

Kindly help me in this regard.
