Our Lab are trying to culture PBM cells from healthy piglets for ASF isolation. However, some protocols recommend the use of lactalbumin hydrolyzate as a growth stimulant. Do you have experience regarding this? And are there other alternatives included in the MEM composition that can replace the function of lactalbumin hydrolyzate?
