Lacan and his posited structure of the human subject at the confluence of three inter-acting and intersecting orders is indeed of interest to the Psychoanalyst and Philosopher but also the AI Community who hope to duplicate intelligence.

Lacan locates the Intelligent Subject at the intersection of three orders shaped as Boromian Knots. The first being The Real Order, the second The Imaginary and the third The Symbolic. According to Lacan Intelligence exists on the Symbolic order.

But more importantly this Lacanian structure places Intelligence as a process(es) or function that happens to the subject and this free and interacting system can illuminate and inspire Artificial Intelligence Units to become " Autonomous Information Acquisition and Processing Systems " in one word learning systems that have three or more platforms at which all inputs are processed and then aggregated to give symbolic and applicable Model or form.
