Today I held a workshop on knowledge management issues. I categorized KM issues in 8 categories based on my definition of knowledge management. Then tried to present a meta model to formalize my overall approach. In my view, knowledge management is assignable to 4 levels namely: personal, group, organizational, social and global. intersection of this 4 levels with that 8 subprocesses will guid us to have a big picture of knowledge management issues. What is your ideas?
