Might lane 1 be a marker lane? If so, what are the marker sizes?

Intense areas that migrated furthest might be RNA. Was an RNase step included in the DNA extraction?

If you are looking for DNA damage, apart from apoptotic effects, normal 1% AGE isnt ideal (to put it politely). Pulsed field might be better.

I agree with Geoff Margison you have high molecular weight DNA and also a lot of small size RNA and from the streaking of the sample loading there is too much salt in your dna samples which have slight degradation but will be fine for pcr template

Special tank and power supply is needed for PFGE (some tips here https://bitesizebio.com/31372/pulsed-field-gel-electrophoresis-tips/ ) and its usually carried out on cell suspensions that are lysed in situ to obtain the highest molecular weigh. But if you can prepare cell isolates, the COMET assays could be a simpler option.

If you told us what hypothesis/es you are addressing, I, and many others, might be able to advise you more appropriately.

I do not have the special tank required for the pulse field gel electrophoresis. I would try the COMET assay for the DNA damage, while I will use the gel electrophoresis for the apoptotic effect. I am doing a comparative studies of some antioxidants on Bisphenol A induced hepato-renal damage in rats. Therefore DNA would be extracted from the liver and kidney of rats
