I tried to use KEGG mapper to color one pathway according to the differential expressed gene list. But seem I do incorrect input of data.
Anyone can help to state the steps how to do that.

I discovered the problem. I should have use KEGG gene ID.
To get this, insert DEGs into Uniprot to get Uniprot ID. Then, use KEGG ID converter to get the KEGG ID.
Paste the list with FC into the box and select the colors.

You can upload your DEGs sequence to BLASTKOALA or GhostKOALA in KEGG. Here you can get directly KEGG IDs.
