Recently, my MSc research paper has been accepted in this journal and we need to pay USD 100 for publication.
I won't go for is it good or bad journal type discussion,,,but I want to know whether it is safe to publish with this journal or not. Is it really international and peer-reviewed or just another fake journal?
I did not find its name on Thomson Reuters Master Journal list.
If anybody has the experience dealing with this journal, please help me knowing about it. Thanks.

I do not know this journal but here are some methods to check its quality (for a minimum threshold)
-check some article in past issues for scientific merit and plagiarism
-contact editorial board members and ask if they are aware of being listed on the editorial board, and if it happened with their knowledge and consent
An MSC research paper is unlikely to be accepted in any indexed journal (except you were a wiz kid or had serious backup from your competent advisor) so instead of obscure OA journals I would try to submit it to conferences or graduate journals (there are many good ones out there),

hehee.. I have just read an interest part on your comment Jano with regard to posibilities of publishing Msc research... My view was that at graduate level research work should be rigor enough for publication and should have impact in knowledge inquiry.
