Hi,

I performed a phylogenetic model tree optimization using jModeltest which uses four selection criteria (AIC, BIC..) to rank the models and choses the one which best fits yr data.

In the output i get each model with the ranks obtained using each of the four selection criteria and includes a "weight" which i cant understadn completly

I looked for the paper describing  this "weight" thing (see the link) but I cannot understand it completly, could you give me any tip?
