- Existing methods / techniques of stroke rehabilitation
- Their advantages and shortcomings, timeline when they came in practice
- What are the technological interventions done so far in improving existing techniques - example - use of smart phone, robotics, virtual reality etc...

I think you might need to clarify what you mean by a "technological intervention", but I think that work of Prof Philip Breedon of NTU will probably be the kind of thing that you are looking for:
