If your doing what I think then the chloride will totally take over the peaks. Nitrates are very water soluble so I suggest for that you just shake with water and run that separate. As for ammonia there are many methods to pick from that choosing depend on the concentration. But to answer your question I don't think IC is the way to do it in a KCl extract.

Colorimetry works well and can be automated
