I want to perform baseline correction for a raman data.
Which kind of baseline correction is the best for Raman?
I am using origin. Should I pick up the random baseline points and subtract it or i take an exponential fitted line of these points?

Use exponential baseline correction for raman data. If you are using origin software then it is quite easy just insert exponential while doing baseline correction. Rest details can be checked out in this video tutorial -
