As long as the Course Learning Outcome maps the Program Learning Outcome/s, in order to further develop or improve a course, isn't it necessary to sporadically change and update the Course Learning Outcomes?
Of course it is. Actually, the best way to improve such a course is, in each particular topic in a curiculum course is to write a computer program and let the computer to derive results in this particular topic. That means if someone could teach the computer on how to do it, then the learning outcome is maximized!
I don't believe so. So long as the mapping is perfect, I would say leave them alone unless Re-certification boards have changed their verbiage and you want to mirror them for accreditation purposes.
