What is the expectation of x-ray wavelength, is it give precise result after interaction with small no of gaseous liquid droplets with high density, as it gives result after interaction with solids Or There is necessity of some larger wavelength rather than x-ray
The understanding of the interfacial region requires that the x-rays remain principally in the interfacial region and not enter the bulk of the liquid. The problem with a droplet is that it is not practical to use grazing incidence x-ray diffraction to maintain the x-rays in the interfacial region because materials only have total external reflection from the electron gas at angles of less than a few milliradians relative to a grazing angle from the surface.
If the droplets are small enough that there is no bulk (one would imagine no more than 5-10 atoms across) then the "bulk" signal is the surface signal. The quantity on the exterior of the nanodroplet would be much larger than on the interior, so scattering from the interfacial region would make up the majority of the signal. The problem here is so few scatterers. Also, there is the question of whether high-intensity x-rays cause structural defects that relax slowly enough to accumulate and distort what you are measuring.
X-ray with high resolution can provide interface (since local extinction is proportional to density). However, for interfacial surface area density using extinction tomography with visible light is fine as long as extinction is less than 0.99.
