Is WikiLeaks considered as a credible and reliable source in research thesis?

Actually, I just started writing my master thesis, so I need to credible sources and official documents which are relevant to 2003 Iraq war. There is a shortage of these kinds of documents, but these kind of sources in WikiLeaks are available, The question which brought to the surface, can I use it as a source?

I don't consider wekileaks or Wikipedia as reliable reference for research or review purpose because they are the public domain which can be edited without any solid justification.
