We are planing implant decellularized xenograft subcutaneous to stablish the inflammatory answer we follow the implant for 1,2,7 and 15 days in CD-1 mice and we do immunosatining of the implanted tissue area anti-TNFalpha and IL-1alpha, what do you think is a good approach?
Hola David! TNF-a it's a good inflammatory marker. While, i suggest you to use IL-6 instead of IL-1a. Generally TNF-a and IL-1 are the most used, furthermore i'm suggesting you theme because i usually use them.

Thanks Filippo. Do you know how this cytokines are presented in immunofluorescence, maybe do you know some reference (intracellular or extracellular) how is a normal inflammatory reaction looks like? how is a expression of this markers during the inflammatory answer?
TNF-a is the pro inflammatory cytokine per excellence and tends to be notably high in immunofluorescence, i'm sure you're gonna notice it easily. Which kind of cell type do you wanna analyze TNF-a-induced inflammation ?
