Difficult task :/

Is it a rat? Rats have thick and curved vesiculae seminales, which are ribbed from one side and similar with sheep's horns. But rat's uterus masculinus is slender convoluted tubule which is placed under common connective-tissue membrane.

I think that it is atypical vesiculae seminales.

Although I'm not familiar with the male reproductive system of a Guinea Pig, I would say it is most certainily the vesicula seminalis. The "uterus masculinus" is the prostatic vesicle/utricle and is usually only a small pouch branching from the prostatic urethra. However, let's see if an expert in the field can give a more detailed answer.

Seminal vesicles are the glands and present in paired form, while uterus musculinus/utericulus  prostaticus is the rudimentary  structure on posterior part of dorsal surface of bladder so its a single structure.

I am a human anatomist have no experience in animal stuff. At a glace it looks like a dilated ejaculatory ducts to me. The anatomical position also more towards that. So I vote for the vesiculae seminales

Please identify the species. It seems to be a rodent, and the array of male accessory glands varies greatly among rodents (see the attached paper for citations: Buzzio & Castro-Vazquez, 2002. Mastozoologia Neotropical 9: 135-158). if you identify the species I might be of further help.

It looks like this photo does not show all necessary connections and without knowing species it is difficult to say definitely what is it. But, as for me, it looks like ductus deferens.

I think you should mention the animal species. I agree with Eugene that it looks like ductus deference, moreover, in bull, there is a dilated part of the ductus deference called (Ampulla ductus deference) in which semen required for the coming ejaculate is temporarily stored.

I think;

The structure is ductus deference.

The inside fluid is semen.

I am also of the opinion that this is ductus deference as per its location and size.

We are just guessing. We need to know the species to talk about on proper grounds!

@all: i'm sorry.. totally forgot to mention the species. It's adult male guinea-pig. For further identification i attach a schematic diagrams which i drew after several observation. and i found this:

* right and left part of the organs (further called something 1), separated until the base of the ducts

* something 1 has different ending, i believe it doesn't fuse with other accessory glands

* in the base of something 1, attached a pair of swirling organs, looks like seminal vesicle in the rats (something 2)

* in the base of penis and and that somethings, lay 3 pinkish organs (left, right and a small one in medial) which seems like prostat gland

I would also vote for the dilated (ampullary) part of ductus deferens. I think the seminal vesicle should be more convoluted. Definitely not the prostatic utricule though. But again, it would be worth to know what species was the picture taken from.

As for many anatomical problems, there are problems of nomenclature. In murid rodents there are two glands in this position (termed the anterior prostate and the vesicular gland in Buzzio & Castro-Vazquez, 2002). The long and slender seminal vesicle in Guinea pigs is probably homologous to the anterior prostate in Buzzio & Castro-Vazquez (2002), while the small arborescent gland which you have drawn in red may be homologous to the vesicular gland in the latter paper, however, I don't know its usual name in Guinea pigs. I wouldn' t identify them as the ampullary glands, because these glands are around the last part of the vas deferens, and it wouldn't  appear in your photograph.

Regarding their content, the accessory glands contain either sperm or their contribution to the seminal fluid and plug. This varies among them and among the different species, and I don't know what is the content of the seminal vesicle in Guinea pigs. You may put some of that content with a drop of water under the microscope and check.

Your annotated figures are attached and will help you. Vasa deferentia is the plural of vas deferens.

the organ in red literally attached in the base of seminal vesicle, but it's a different organs. The organ can be separeted by dissecting set easily, because it has different characteristic. In the picture i attach here, it's not separated yet but few days later i'll attach a picture for further identification. hope you can help again heheh

Based on the gross photo, which is correct, the structures you are asking about are the seminal vesicles.  The illustration is incorrect.  The small red structures appear to be illustration of the coagulating glands, the guinea pig has a left and righ coagulating gland originating dorsal to the base of the bladder/urethra (glandual coagulationis sinistra and glandula coagulationis dextra).  The seminal veiscules are visicula seminalis dextra and vesicula seminalis sinistra and in fact are the structures that you ask what are these in the illustration.  I refer you to Volume 1: Rabbit. Guinea Pig from Horak et al A Colour Atlas of Anatomy of Small Laboratory Animals. Wolfe Publishing Ltd 1992 which has detailed, excellent anatomical diagrams of the guinea pig.

Vesicular glands.

The elongated, blind-ended,  tube-like pair of organs are the vesicular glands (formerly, known as the seminal vesicles).  The structures labeled as seminal vesicles are, indeed mislabeled, and are a part of the prostate gland complex (located in most rodents at the cranial end of the prostate gland complex), and, as other respondents have noted, are likely the coagulating gland. A number of respondents have offered good atlases for your confirmation and reference.
