I made a first crossover ( this one: http://users.otenet.gr/~athsam/2way_active_crossover_with_linear_phase.htm ) and first measurements shows that I´m not close to zero phase, but it makes the cross over function.
The idea is to make a corrective circuit for each exit to fix the phase issue, and for that I plan to measure a sweep in a digital oscilloscope (Rigol) and take the data to Matlab, generate a polynomial that represents the response so I could design a phse corrector.
Do you think there is a better way to move?

Dear Pablo,
You can proceed like that. It is okay. But you can use circuit simulation to adjust the cross over points of the dividing filters. You can use digital FIR filters to make the sum of frequency response of the two filters flat at the cross over region.
