I probe good re usability of photocatalytic materials, but our question involves if there is an specific technique that verified this reusabiltity. For example, how can be probe that there is no oxidation of the semiconductor, or this question involved different techniques at the same time..?

Hello Rosa,
If you want to check any changes and it is possible to make electrical measurements on your samples I would suggest to try impedance spectroscopy. If it is not possible to get electrical contact to the material so you can use auger spectroscopy.
These methods are not specific for characterization of photocatalysator's reusability but very sensitive in respect to chemical changes.

If you don't have access to an Auger system you could also use XPS to characterise the surface chemistry (both elemental and bonding type) and XPS systems are generally more abundant and hence accessible than AES systems. XPS might also be easier to use than AES do to the nature of your samples.

If your material is solid state, the scanning capacitance or resistance probe method could be available for the characterization. These methods use the capacitance or resistance between the material and the tip of probe so the dielectrics between them is not required. (But, in case of SCM, the native oxide on the materials could be useful.)
Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) or Scanning Electrochemical workstations may help for your application
