I have research with my students about ABO groups and Anemia. Is there relationship between both of parameters? what your opinion and do any have references because we looked for that and there was no references. thank you with full respect

If I understand your question, you are asking most people carry the antibody to opposite blood type, why not destroy enough of blood cells of opposite type? The antibody activity could be shown in the lab setting. However, to my knowledge, it would not cause massive destruction of blood cells even you carry the antibody to that blood cell in real life. The only best answer I learn is that those strength of antibody in the body is thinned out in the systemic circulation.
There is no physiopathological reason to correlate anemia with the ABO system. An obvious relationship exists only for post-transfusion alloimmune hemolytic anemia
