As John mentioned in Sigma Aldrich. Normally several diameter in diameter (more tube, more size) and micro size in length. In my case, I also use MWCNT from Sigma Aldrich.

I didn't come across any commercially avalaible, cm long MWCNTs, though I did find some reports about their fabrication. This is probably because most of the applications require good distribution of the CNTs in a solvent or matrix and thus, shorter tubes are more favourable. Shorter tubes can be found in lenghts below 1um - for example Nanocyl and NanoAmor have them in offer.
