I am working on very small un-gauged streams in non-desert areas of United States. Long ago, found reference that recession times, in days, were equal to watershed area (in square mile) raised to 0.2 power. But cannot find reference. So, is there such a general reference and are there other predictors for very small watersheds (less than 10 square miles)?
