Generally gira are considered to be more serious and dedicated for their work including scientific research. The boys are lagging behind in every field.Is this gender biasness God gifted or there is some other reason. The scientific community may give it's views.

It really depends on the person and his/hers environment. The statistics shows that vice versa is true, since in higher positions in the university there are usually more men than women.
Generallyally, girls are more dedicated, concentrated, submissive and of good temperament than the boys. All this is natural. They are God gifted.
I do agree with Dr Mahesh Kumar. The boys can be good managers but less dedicated as compared to girls.
You cannot take gender as a criterion in deciding the roles they play in the society. It is also not correct to generalize that boys can be good managers but less dedicated and girls vice versa. The environment in which they grow and the encouragements one receive decide the fate. As you know there are excellent female managers in the international and national arena. However, if you disaggregate top directors and vice-chancellors of scientific establishments and universities based on gender, you could see that majority of them are men!
