Is there away to use elongation or stress in tensile test to acheive viscosity?

well I have waterborne films and I want to check their viscosity, I am guessing it is possible through tensile strength test, can anyone help me

For this aim you must use DMA (Dynamic Mechanical Analysis) or similar method which give us tangent loss value correlated with viscosity. For rough estimation of viscosity you may compare the results of quasi-static tensile tests by different rate of loading.
