Is there anywhere where this eco san thing has worked without causing any health hazard-I mean in concentrated high density residential areas?

The city of Masvingo has introduced what it calls ecosan toilets in the new residential suburbs of Victoria Ranch. I am afraid this will prove disastrous in the near future.
