I'm working on blast traumatic brain injury, and am investigating human brain models; I am ethically opposed to animal experimentation. I'm interested in computer modeling and imaging studies that replicate as closely as possible the nature of brain tissue, and thus improve understanding of the pathophysiology of (b) TBI.
I used to work on designing in vivo models for blast injury models. I currently do not work on it, but I would be happy to help in whatever way I can. I have attached some links for papers from some current laboratories who are still working on this.
