1. velocities at all boundaries are U = V = 0,
2. conditions at the bottom, right and left walls are (temperature) θ= 0,
3. temperature of the at the top wall is θ = 1.
Pr, Ra, N, Ha, λ, Rd and Le are the Prandtl number, Rayleigh parameter, Buoyancy parameter,
Hartmann, heat source, radiation and Lewis numbers

Shahid, what is actually your problem with ANSYS Fluent? The software package successfully handles the problem you wish to solve, therefore you can successively change the parameters you wish.

First you should explain the problem statement you deal with.
Second you should clarify the dimensions and the boundary conditions you have.
The solution of your above mentioned equations will be solved numerically by ANSYS Fluent.
But, if you have an equations system and looking for the numerical solution of them , I think that EES software will be helpful for you

I think first you need to solve natural convection problem neglecting radiation effects. Secondly solve the problem considering Heat source and validate your results and then incorporate MHD effects and other described by your problem. In ANSYS, the values cannot be directly given for dimensionless numbers. You need to fix some parameter and later change some other parameters to change Ra and same applies for other cases as well.
