I have an integrated eye tracking-EEG system. I use SMI Experiment Suite 3.6 eye tracking software which is synchronized with BIOPAC Acqknowledge 4.3. that I use for EEG data acquisition. I export SMI eye tracking data with a format compatible with Acknowledge software (.txt) from SMI BeGaze software.
But I have a problem with importing the eye tracking data to Acqknowledge. I use SMI BeGaze Import tool and it perfectly imports ET data such as pupil diameters and gaze positions. However, it fails to import eye state data which are fixations, saccades and blinks. I opened the exported .txt file and realized that the data for eye state was null. On the other hand, I have no problems with ET data acquisition, because I am able to see the statistics and visualize the data in SMI BeGaze.
Can you suggest anything to fix this import issue?
