I am interested with the research of the simultaneous visualization and pressure-drop measurement of the two-phase flow in transparent channels. I am looking for cooperation with scientists who correlated gas-solids or gas-liquids flow imaging with different quantitative features, such as:
a) pressure drop values along the channel;
b) heat transfer values of the process;
c) the reaction speed value inside the channel;
d) etc...
I tried to simply illustrate the problem in the attached image.
I have developed interesting analytical methods for qualitative and quantitative correlation research on two-phase flow dynamics, and I am interested in cooperation.

I am a Ph.D candidate in Shanghai Jiao Tong University. I am working on visualization of two-phase flow in a tiny 2D nozzle when the fluid is superheated. We already see the fuel evaporated inside the nozzle. For the superheated condition, we use two methods to reach various superheated conditions. One is keep the pressure constant, and heat the liquid. Another one is decrease the ambient pressure and keep the fuel temperature constant. Two reaserch papers are under review process now. You can find some related results in my two latest journal papers.
Stan, just take a look around you, everywhere you turn you will find people working on two-phase flows, corresponding pressure drop and the heat transfer. Could you send me an enlarged diagram of your setup, please? Greetings from rainy Warsaw.
This is why I am asking here. This is the equivalent of looking around. I am searching for the image/video data of particles movement inside transparent chambers or ducts and pressure data.
The two-phase flow generates flow-patterns which I can analyse and copare to the pressure inside.
A can offer co-autorship and good publication.
I have but one problem with your approach. Production of a mist directly from a two-phase flow, thing I am interested in, is sort of a chain-event 3D breakup of interphase membranes, moreover we observe a very strong influence of adhesion on the dispersion rate, more or less obvious, because exit channels are tiny. The two-phase flow we exploit is very intricate, mathematically speaking its is chaotic. In what sense imposing a 2-D flow geometry would tell us more about the dispersion phenomenon? The amount of data you may generate using a 2D nozzle could be astounding, but would it describe well an event that is inherently 3D? Is there a way you could switch to a cylindrical flow geometry?
