Which sector of Information Technology are you looking to invent a GRC for?  One of the "hot areas" is that concerning crypto-currencies.  Bitcoin and a few others are reputed to be on the verge of transforming the financial services industry, BUT the risk is that such technologies may also provide expanded opportunities for criminal activities and anti-social users.  Can such risks be alleviated by identifying the sources of risk and re-designing the crypto-currencies so that such loop-holes are closed?

What did you have in mind for the GRC tool you want to develop?

We are designing a fit-for-all kind of frame work where every sector can utilize this GRC tool by feeding required KRI(Key Risk Indicators), KPI ( Key Performance Indicators) and KCVI ( Key Compliance Violation Indicators. We are following adaptogen model of learning and fixing of loopholes/problems/vulnerabilities/security pits. So, Crypto-Currencies can confidently bank/adopt this model of GRC Tools n Framework  to reduce vulnerabilities in their system and to build a sustainable business.

Dear Ms Angelica, We are mid way developing the tool. we need support mostly in implementing that tool and framework to evaluate and  to fine tune it as we go.

Sarat  Your tool can either be general and encompassing, OR specific and selective.  There is a scale of concepts; for example "furniture" is more general, and "chairs" are more specific.  General concepts can't do what specific ones can do; and specific can't do what general concepts can do.  That is the nature of knowledge.
