I'd like to fabricate a PDMS microfludic device with CNT film attached on the glass slide but I found it hard for the PDMS to bond with the CNT film to create a water-tight microchannel. I would also want the CNT film to stay hydrophobic.

I have tried using oxygen plasma at 30 W and a short time (5-10s) but to no avail. Could mere hydrophobic interactions bond them together to become water-tight?
