There is no automatic subtraction of your blank. Do a manual assessment of your ICP data and decide if there is the need to substrate your blank value from the sample value for each element.

Follow this process to help you make a better judgement of your data:

1)The Agilent 5110 allow you to aspirate an internal standard (e.g. yttrium) along with any sample; this ensures that your sample reaches the plasma (ratio 1 to 1).

2) Calibrate the instrument with standards

3) Run an independent calibration verification (ICP)

3) Run a standard reference material such as SRM 1640A - Trace elements in natural water and calculate your recoveries

4) Run you blank

5) Run your sample

6) Check the variation of your SRM 1640A and ICV reads with another batch of analysis

7) Make a decision element by element if to substract your blank values

Trace metal grade acids, acid cleaning of glassware/containers and excellent ultrapure water will help drive down your blank values.
