Greetings!!!

In my work, i have to identify the Streptococcus agalactiae, S. dysagalactiae and S.uberis. Some of my colleagues suggested that it is easy to differentiate these three in blood agar but very difficult to prepare blood agar by yourself. So try to find out some other alternative to differentiate these three. Then i came to know about Edwards medium (also requires blood supplementation) for S. agalactiae. Is there any selective media available to differentiate these three organisms (>80-90% specificity) other than blood agar?

Thanking you
