i want to study whole proteins in cells treated with and without drug.Total proteins was isolated from whole cell lysate. these proteins were further subjected to digestion and analysed using LCMS. the data i received in word file not in .wiff or .t2d format. now iam unable to identify proteins. suggetion please

Have you tried saving the word file under a new name as a text (*.txt) file? You could then use R or python to pull the data points from that file and save them in a form that would be more amenable to what you need via the .wiff or .t2d formats.
A second option is, if the data points are in a table form in the word file, you could cut and paste the table directly into excel, and save the file as a csv formatted file, or excel file. One or the other might be importable into the application you wish to use.
