You can do this by changing LU raster file and .text file (look up table).

I don't think you can do it by changing any parameter in textout file

Thank you very much for your reply. I just realized that in the last lines of .mgt files there is a code that is related to crop.dat, so by changing that, the land cover of the hru changes.
