Do you have data for ‘soil particle size distribution’ (soil texture) and organic matter content?  If you have them, yes, you can estimate bulk density using one of following approaches.

Interesting question, bulk density has some crude relationship with soil texture and organic carbon, although it may also depend upon the crops/cropping system, tillage management (short- and long-term consequences), solid wastes/effluents added in the soil, since bulk density has large variability (spatio- as well as temporal), but even then pedo transfer functions of determination of bulk density, moisture retention and release is done on the basis of soil texture and organic carbon content, which is mostly used in crop simulation models

You mean a way to 'calculate' soil bulk density from the given data such as soil organic carbon and other related data when you have missed to take bulk density samples? The answer is NO. Unless you are interesting in predicting the soil bulk density which is a different thing altogether.

there is a general range of values on texture basis, and in literature some equations for deriving Bulk density on the basis of percent sand, silt, clay and organic carbon, may be this is only indirect way of deriving BD, otherwise you have to go for direct determination in the field

If you want to know the exact value the answer is no. Soil mineralogy and the nature and chemistry of parent materials are also matter of fact. Despite similar organic carbon and texture class, soils formed on volcanic tuff parent materials has mucg smaller BD than the sedimentar or metomorphiv origin soils. If your sample from a location which general characteristics are known you can simulate your data according to other known information. This will be only an aproximate value, not the precise one.
