It is necessary to take into account radiation polarization in radiation simulation for cloudy sky. A 6SV radiative transfer model is able to account for radiation polarization, however, it is only applicable to cloudless atmosphere.
Here come my questions:
1. Can 6SV RTM be properly modified to extend radiance simulation to cloudy sky, if possible, could you please send me some guidance materials?
2. If a 6SV model is infeasible to meet the need to simulate radiance for cloudy sky, cloud you please recommend any RTM which not only satisfies the need but is also available?

Refer to CNES' POLDER (http://smsc.cnes.fr/POLDER/) and PARASOL (https://directory.eoportal.org/web/eoportal/satellite-missions/p/parasol) missions for examples of past acquisitions of polarized measurements from space.
Two instruments have been proposed or even built in the USA to acquire polarized observations: GLORY mission (http://glory.gsfc.nasa.gov/) which failed at launch in 2011 and the MSPI mission (http://airbornescience.jpl.nasa.gov/instruments/airmspi), which operates an airborne instrument and is a proposed future space mission.
You'll find plenty of papers relative to those missions on the Internet. You may also want to consult the following paper:

The Atmospheric Radiative Transfer Simulator is a physics-based reference model for cloudy polarised radiances for terrestrial radiation (infrared, microwave, sub-millimetre). The latest version, ARTS-2-2, was released last June. You can read more about ARTS on:

For cloudy atmospheres I would recommend using state-of-the-art Spherical Harmonic Discrete Ordinate Method (SHDOM) now available for polarized radiative transfer for randomly oriented particles (see http://nit.colorado.edu/shdom.html; for description, see also https://ams.confex.com/ams/14CLOUD14ATRAD/webprogram/Paper249476.html)
It seems that SHDOM is a 3D-RTM a useful tool to simulate radiation field in cloudy atmosphere. I will follow the URL you provided and confirm it, thank you very much @Alexander Marshak
