Is there any UV spectrocopy method or any titration method to estimate organophosphate in food, fruits and vegetables?

In our country the amount of pesticide in food especially fruits and vegetables has created a loud voice. Being a analyst I want to analyze the various pest in food stuff but I have limitation of LC and GC. only I have is UV and titration. Can I get help to carry this activity?

Unexpectedly it is not possible to determine pesticide residues in UV spec or titration.
