There are several ways of formalizing whole thesis. Do you have any idea about well known structure of the thesis or how should we organize it in chapter-wise manner ? Currently I am writing my Ph.D. Thesis.
The structure of Ph D thesis cannot be uniform universally. Further, the structure of a thesis will also vary from subject to subject. You will find copies of thesis of your field of work from India upload by Sodhganga in the web.

Is there any universal structure of Ph.D. Thesis ?
Personally I think there is no universal structure of PhD thesis. Each country / university has their own structure or format. The best is refers to your university senate / graduate school on what is the appropriate structure you should follow. However, generally each PhD thesis has the following chapters:
Introduction (covers research problem / problem statement, research objective(s), research question(s) etc.)
Literature Review (some include their conceptual framework / research model here or create another chapter separately)
Research Methodology
Result Findings
Discussion
Conclusion (some include research limitation & future recommendation here)
There is no fixed format for Ph.D. thesis, it may vary from University to University and subjectwise also, but by more or less it should consist of following:
