In my project, I need to power my system with a battery (DC). The system require HV AC, at least 5kV up to maybe around 20kV. Is there any possible way of having this in a system? Is there any amplifier that can do this?

Yes look at the circuits used for a motor car distributor for spark plugs or TV. These are normally ~20-25 kV. Also look at circuits used for personal security as you see in the movies or used by security companies.
