To compute transverse topographic symmetry factor for assessment active tectonics it is necessary to draw mid line of basin. I am finding any tool which calculate automatically and draw the mid line.

Mohsen, yes there is, I have done it before, some manual editing is needed but the process can be partially automatized, saving a lot of time for great areas. Take a look at this thread in the ESRI forum:
