Is there any step by step detailed protocol for plasmid designing using Benchling?

I am searching for a specific protocol that is easy to understand as well as follow for in silico plasmid design. I prefer to design plasmids using the Benchling platform, even though any available protocols associated to other platforms for instant SnapGene will also be immensely useful.
