Maybe I can help, but this is such a very broad topic. Can you narrow it down? individual factors, family sociological, psychological, community, ?
I agree with Mary-Helen Castanuela above...be more specific in terms of factors at different levels(e.g., individual,family or community etc). Once you have made your decision,then behavioral models such as Health Belief Model,Social Cognitive Model or Social Ecological model-may assist you in conceptualization of your research. I hope this will be helpful.
There are so many different factors that can influence (adolescent) sexual behavior that you need to select which you will emphasize in your research. Just in the sexuality domain, I'm aware of adolescent research using sensation seeking, sociosexuality, sexual excitation/inhibition, attitudes (e.g., about condom use). The list can go on and on.
I think that there are some factors; one of them is including authority of parents hardly.
There is a really nice article by Kirby (2002) that summarizes the associations between the hundreds (really!) of antecedents and adolescent sexual risk-taking indicators. Starting here may give you ideas about how to focus the research.
By specifying "adolescent sexual risk-taking indicators" the topic is narrowed down considerably from that in the question on "factors affecting adolescent sexual behavior."
The factors can be grouped under These broad categories. Namely social, cultural, religious and economic factors.. You might have to narrow your research because your topic is too broad
